Resumo
Based on alternative techniques were determined, analyzed and compared the behavior and rheological properties of mortars and concretes from experimental measurements of slump, calculation of yield stress (c), with and without addition of additives, and viscosity values. The alternative technique used for the mortar was the cylinder of [1] and for concrete, modified slump test as recommended by [2]. The rheometric parameter values obtained for mortars and concretes were compared with results from tests performed in a rheometer, indicating good acceptance of alternative techniques and less costly in the determination of rheological parameters of cementitious materials.
